Biography
Since entering the intellectual property profession in 2019, Shan Xu has focused on patent process administration and has supported the handling of thousands of invention patent, utility model and design patent matters.
Her practice covers electronic filing, bibliographic data review, procedural deadline monitoring, official communication management, annuity administration, recordal changes, document archiving, and case status reporting. She provides procedural support throughout the full lifecycle of patent matters, from initial filing to examination, grant, maintenance, and subsequent recordal procedures.
Shan Xu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from Changzhou University. Drawing on her technical background, she is skilled in using IP docketing systems, electronic filing platforms, and advanced spreadsheet functions to manage case data, monitor deadlines, and improve procedural efficiency.
She is familiar with the procedural requirements and electronic filing systems of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
